Terminology
Observer effect- In science, the term observer effect refers to changes that the act of observing will make on the phenomenon being observed.
In paranormal research our observations may also change the results intentionally or not. The very act of investigators disrupting the normal routine of a household may cause anomolies, whether they be paranormal or just our disruption of the site.
